GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Middlebury, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 13 / 2025 Duration : 32 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Assignment for 16-32 weeks. RN for Long Term Care Unit, Floating required. . Cat on unit - cannot be allergic . Traveler Must be able to work all holidays. . Requirements :

• Dementia Capable Care certification preferred
• Prior travel is required
• A minimum of 1 year in LTC experience required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information : Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
