Greenbelt Terminal Operator

Pay : $20.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours : Day Shift; 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM; Weekends / Overtime / Holidays as needed. During peak season, work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.? At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required.?

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. manufacturing team, who performs work associated with product handling of a variety of chemicals, by way of tank transfers, tank truck loading and unloading, and other activities. You will operate within an assigned industrial area.

This role is part of our Greenbelt Transport, LLC business, who oversees storage and delivery of our crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products to our member-owners and other partners. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
