Job Description

• Provide direction and support to the applications and the team for deployment installation of all Synovus applications.
• Manage internal escalations across all lines of business and build leadership within the team.
• Possess a strong IT background, ideally in support or development, to provide technical guidance to a junior team and assist in building their skills.
• Participate actively in the change management process, implementing changes and taking a lead role in project management and identifying root causes of application issues.
• Serve as a key member of the team and the go-to manager for any arising issues, providing support when necessary and collaborating with technology partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for application failures and after-hours support for standard changes or updates.
