About the Community UPMC North Central PA has an opening for a full-time (12 hour shifts) Trauma / Acute Care Physician Assistant in the Level 2 Trauma Department of Williamsport Regional Medical Center located in north central Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess Trauma Surgery or Critical Care background and have prior experience at an acute care facility. This regional provider offers a wide array of services including cancer care, heart and vascular care / heart surgery, neurosciences including neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology, OB / GYN, gastrointestinal services, behavioral health, physical rehabilitation, home care, long term care, assisted living and paramedic / ambulance services. Williamsport is located just three hours from Philadelphia, NYC and Baltimore.
