Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to care providers and handle minimal inbound calls

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Administrative experience in an office or customer service setting
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
