What You Will Do

• Act as the technical lead for the development of complete HVAC units, creating innovative, high-performance solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Work cross-functionally with groups such as design, test, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain to ensure product design meets business needs
• Tackle highly complex technical challenges, applying expert knowledge in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical analysis to optimize designs
• Provide technical guidance to more junior team members
• Develop electro-mechanical products of significant complexity, supporting program quality, cost, and schedule
• Develop test plans and performs testing of components and sub-systems, supporting performance, reliability, and industry certification
• Drive the execution of the new product development phase-gate process, demonstrating appropriate design maturity and growth across various milestones
• Contribute expertise to key HVAC subsystems, including :

Vapor compression refrigeration systems

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,900 - $177,900 (plus 15% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
