Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Learning & Development, HR, and organizational leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
Qualifications
Proven track record of generating revenue through new client acquisition and account growth in professional services or consulting
10 plus years of experience selling to senior leaders in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Management functions
Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and persistence in pursuing opportunities
Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
