About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our Manufacturing Division in Hatfield, PA. This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of CNC machines , ensuring that all parts produced meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and will uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components through cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching per work orders and blueprints.
• Check dimensions and materials to ensure finished parts conform to specifications.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and maintain proper documentation.
• Use consumable tools efficiently and responsibly.
• Notify lead personnel or setup machinist if machinery is not operating effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and ear protection.
• Perform secondary operations and machine parts to specifications as needed.
• Monitor machine feed and speed during the machining process.
