Position Summary : Our MRI Technologists, work in a team setting to provide individualized patient care to a diverse patient population. Our MRI technologists work directly with the patient to obtain medical history, provide a safe environment to keep the patient safe near the magnet, and obtain the necessary images for radiologist interpretation.

Position Requirements

Education : Graduate of an A.M.A. approved radiologic technology school -required.

Licensure : ARRT (MR) -required.

Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) -required.

Experience :

• 1+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist -preferred.
• Proficient with GE MRI equipment preferred.

Essential Job Functions

Physical requirements : This position is classified as Medium Work in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, requiring the exertion of up to 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Must be able to pass background check. We also conduct pre-employment physical and drug testing. Any job offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical with a drug screen, background check and obtaining active licensures per job requirements.
