ROUTE MANAGER (VENDING & MARKETS) - OXNARD, CA

Job Summary

The Associate Care Center Manager will be the initial point of contact for our route drivers. This individual will be responsible for scheduling day-to-day route activities and stops for all drivers in the branch, intaking and organizing driver requests and communicating with proper staff members to execute solutions. This position will assist drivers with requests and tasks such as vehicle issues, truck inventories, and communication between proper staff members. Our care center will assist management staff with driver responsibility and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule all stops for service
• Order fresh food and assist with POG updates based on spoilage and waste adjustments
• Greet every driver that stops at the desk and foster relationships
• Verify that drivers are completing and returning daily reports, and recording necessary information
• Update drivers with status updates regarding their service tickets for routes and their trucks
• Ensure drivers are completing inventories and returning totes and other items to their designated areas
• Inform drivers of new installations, removals, and other important information
• Ensure the trucks are clean and that the drivers have the necessary cleaning supplies on the truck

Qualifications : Strong internal and external communication, computer proficiency, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, conflict resolution skills, great organizer
