About the studio creative role

An expert executor of quality content, the soona studio creative / photographer is a master of the soona process. The studio creative / photographer needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. On top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

An ideal candidate can :

• Consistently create visuals that exceed customer expectations and reflect professionalism and attention to detail
• Balance creative execution with business goals, using sales skills to drive additional revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
• Apply various lighting styles to meet client needs, ensuring a professional and high-quality result
• Work effectively with the studio team and engage with clients both in-store and remotely. Use strong communication and sales skills to build trust, set expectations, and enhance the client experience
• Handle client escalations and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, providing solutions that meet customer needs. Stay adaptable and solve problems efficiently while ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience
• Embrace changes in workflow and client needs, while staying focused on delivering top-notch results
• Translate customer inputs into successful shoots, ensuring the final product aligns with their vision. Communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations, and resolve any issues with practical solutions
• Assist with pre-shoot prep, equipment organization, inventory management, and overall studio orderliness. Some lifting required (up to 30 lbs)
