We have been family owned and operated since 1983 and currently serve over 1400 clients throughout the state!\n\nWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Home Health Aide Supervisor position currently available at our Bridgeport, CT branch location.\n\nThis role reports directly to our Clinical Supervisor and provides direct oversight to our Home Health Department to include direct oversight of our Home Health Aide Coordinators and field staff.\n\nWe require a minimum of one year of supervisory experience within a home care agency to include staff supervision, interaction with patients and their families as well as interaction with various referral sources such as the regional Agencies on Aging and doctor's offices.\n\nHHA Supervisor - Responsibilities : \n

• Providing insight and direction to the Home Health Aide Coordinators and field staff to ensure effective coordination of client services.\n
• Interaction with patients, families, and referral sources to ensure quality service delivery\n
• Ordering medical supplies\n
• reviewing subsequent orders\n
• PCA training\n
• personnel file compliance\n
• May be required to complete field visits as needed\n\nHHA Supervisor - Requirements : \n
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience within a home care agency\n
• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a CT State license in good standing\n
• Have a compassionate, personable, and cooperative attitude.\n
