Sr. Design Engineer

Talis Group is hiring for a Sr. Design Engineer on behalf of a long-standing manufacturing client. This company is known for its excellent work culture, low turnover, and dedication to continuous improvement. If you’re early in your engineering career and want to work on real-world applications of your designs, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a company that values innovation and quality.  This is a day shift opportunity with weekend work very rare.  Salary $90-$120k with bonus opportunity and full benefit package.

Highlighted Duties :

• Use 3D modeling software to design and update metal fabricated products.
• Perform FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure durability and performance.
• Create detailed work instructions to support production teams.
• Build and test prototypes for new product designs.
• Design custom fixtures and tooling for manufacturing support.
• Assist with quality control efforts and the setup of product test equipment.
