As a Clinical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating clinical services across Vivie's senior living divisions. You will provide expert leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices in clinical care. As a Clinical Consultant, you will :
- Lead and optimize clinical operations set performance standards, create streamlined policies and procedures, and implement best practices across all clinical functions within senior living.
- Ensure compliance and quality excellence regularly audit clinical systems, oversee regulatory compliance, and provide leadership support for Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) surveys and annual education initiatives.
- Train and develop clinical leaders mentor and onboard new site clinical leaders and RNs, providing the necessary resources, training tools, and orientation programs to ensure success.
- Support service growth and expansion provide expert oversight in startup projects, advising on clinical staffing, operational workflows, and policy development for new care models and expanding services.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration oversee central scheduling teams, foster partnerships across campuses, and optimize the flow of information between all senior living divisions to achieve strategic goals.

This job also requires :
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.Five years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or senior living.Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices in assisted living and long-term care.Strong interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills to guide clinical teams effectively.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with site leaders, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.Ability and willingness to travel across Vivie's senior living campuses as needed.Ability to pass state mandated background checks.Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors.Additional details :
