Salary : $85,000 - $105,000 per year

Based in the South Bay of Los Angeles (Torrance, Gardena, Redondo Beach, Lomita) & Orange County, and Long Beach, CA we're an award winning Property Management & Real Estate Company who specialize in delivering exceptional living experiences across residential multi-family communities as well as commercial & mixed use properties. We are renowned for managing a diverse portfolio of Class A, B, and C properties, taking care of our tenants, and managing profitable assets for our clients.

We've just opened up a Regional Property Supervisor role covering 500-700 units across Southern CA. A successful candidate will be able to supervise a team of on-site property managers across these assets, traveling locally 25-50% of the time to various properties in the region, otherwise operating remotely from home or at your favorite coffee shops!
