Cash Management Sales Specialist

One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Cash Management Sales person who will be supporting the company's cash management services.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with sales team and management to find out clients' needs
  • Provide the right solutions and cash management services to the clients
  • Prepare marketing materials and proposals
  • Obtain updates from the sales team regarding the clients and the services / products
  • Prepare agreements and paperwork for clients and follow up with them if necessary
  • Track on-going projects and pending items
  • Perform client E-Moneyger demonstrations
  • Work with the product team on how to implement the new products
  • Maintain compliance to the bank procedures and policies
  • Perform other related tasks as requested

Requirements :

  • 5 years experience in customer services / sales areas
  • Experience in banking / financial sectors preferred
  • Knowledge of cash management services and products (E-Moneyger, Remote Deposit, and ACH Systems and general banking services and operations)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Cash management or treasury services experience as well as corporate sales in the cash management industry preferred
