job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLocation : Mountain Home, AR Specialty / Setting : Nephrology Position Type : Hospital-employed Structure : Outpatient & Inpatient EMR : Hospital - Cerner Clinic - ECW Start Date : 60-90 days Patient Volume : Varies Other Info : Join an existing, busy practice with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs Will utilize local 20-chair dialysis center. Currently, approximately 85 dialysis patients Call includes 10 days a month and 1 : 2 weekend call. In finding the right person to join our team, weekend call will be reduced to 1 : 3 Single Hospital Affiliation Job Requirements : Must be BE / BC in Nephrology Will accept out of state physicians willing to get licensed in AR J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship Compensation : Base - $370,000 Quarterly production bonus Benefits : Commencement Bonus - $40,000 Relocation Assistance - $10,000 Potential for Education Assistance As a non-profit, Baxter Health is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Retirement Plan Professional Liability Insurance Health / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life Insurance CME and More
