Maimonides is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for its Ambulatory Care division. In this role, you will :

• Oversee daily outpatient primary care operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient patient flow.
• Supervise nursing staff, lead team meetings, and coordinate staff education, training, and competency compliance.
• Manage staffing plans, schedules, and recruitment processes to ensure adequate coverage and team performance.
• Monitor and analyze clinical / operational metrics to drive process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate on budget planning, optimize resource use, and ensure fiscal performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., DOH, Joint Commission) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote a culture of learning, mentoring, and professional growth within the nursing team.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance outpatient service delivery, patient satisfaction, and evidence-based solutions.

We require :

Salary : $130K - $135K / yr
