Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for SQL development and applications. Manage upgrades, rollouts, and database changes with minimal downtime. Create and test backup and disaster recovery plans. Partner with management to provide analysis and recommendations that support business needs. 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server administration in an enterprise environment both on prem and cloud Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud experience Strong skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and T-SQL / stored procedures. Experience managing database security, upgrades, and change implementations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
