Digital Marketing : Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy alongside Content Coordinator, and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated with best practices. Use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies. Collaborative Partnerships : Work closely with operations, design, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals. Public Relations and Community Engagement : Develop relationships with media and influencers, assist with coordinating PR initiatives, and foster community partnerships to enhance brand presence and reputation. Local Store Marketing : Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing while partnering with restaurant operations to execute sales building promotions. Budget Management : Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost management, and return on investment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and customer insights. Handles and prioritizes multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Passion for food and the restaurant industry, with a keen sense of current food and dining trends.
