Our HR Strategic Placements Division is seeking a versatile Payroll Consultant to support our client’s payroll operations. This long-term, interim opportunity is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and values flexibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer US and Canadian payroll using Dayforce
- Manage time, work schedules, and holiday calendars in SuccessFactors
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain detailed documentation
The ideal candidate will have :
Solid payroll processing experienceExperience with SuccessFactors preferredExperience with Dayforce payroll processing helpful, but not requiredAbility to work independently and navigate complex systems and processesExposure to multi-country payroll environments preferredStrong computer skills : Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS / payroll systemsCore Competencies :
Detail orientedCurrent knowledge of federal and state employment lawStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesOutstanding organizational and time management skillsProcess-oriented with a flexible and proactive mindsetWillingness to support broader HRIS functions and jump in where neededWork Environment
