The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Discretionary Bonus Plan : This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results. About the Role
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all Company buildings are maintained in proper operating condition. This includes performing safety walks, preventive maintenance inspections, and regulatory inspections at multiple sites (Santa Clarita and Santa Monica). The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Must reside in a commutable distance between Santa Clarita, CA and Santa Monica CA.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform facilities maintenance activities in line with manufacturer guidelines, Company standards, and industry best practices
