This is a senior-level position for experienced professionals looking to advance their career in ERP Software Professional Services. Quantum ERP Solutions offers ongoing training and access to advanced certifications. We provide the platform for you to excel in this role and continue your upward career trajectory. You will lead consulting engagements and mentor junior consultants while providing business and software consulting services to small and medium sized companies. You will work directly with key stakeholders to help solve real world complex business problems. May help develop, implement strategies, conduct research, or perform other tasks related to the client’s business goals. Gather information about the client’s business, industry, analyzing data, developing recommendations for actionable steps, and presenting their findings concisely.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting research on new technologies, emerging trends in the industry, and competitor’s marketing strategy.
  • Working with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys.
  • Developing proposals and presentations based on research findings.
  • Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for the organization.
  • Performing research tasks such as analyzing data sets or collecting information from industry experts.
  • Communicating with clients about project status and fielding questions about ongoing projects.
  • Presenting findings to clients using charts, graphs, and other visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations.
  • Creating operational plans based on available resources and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Preparing reports summarizing research results and presenting them to management.
  • Providing Business Process Review, Business Process Mapping to ERP Software, and Implementing ERP Software for clients.

Education : Candidates are preferred to have at least a bachelor’s degree or professional experience in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting. Computer Science or Engineering.

Additional Details :

  • Must be inspired to learn and solve complex business software problems.
  • Candidate must be technically apt to use and implement the Epicor ERP Software.
  • Other business software includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

    • Needs to complete a one-month certification process. This can be for technical or functional consulting.

  • Will need to come into the office 5 days a week, to Laguna Beach, CA.
  • Will also need to visit customer sites. Some travel may be required.
