We are seeking a visionary Data Engineering Leader to drive the strategic direction and execution of our global data platform, analytics, and data management initiatives. In this role, you will lead high-performing teams, build scalable data infrastructure, and champion a data-driven culture across the organization. You’ll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement cloud-based data solutions that support both operational excellence and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and business intelligence, along with a proven track record of leading teams, delivering results, and fostering innovation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading the design and execution of enterprise data architecture, data platforms, and analytics strategies.
• Building and mentoring global data engineering and analytics teams.
• Driving engineering best practices in data quality, governance, observability, and scalability.
• Partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and enable self-service analytics through a BI Center of Excellence.
• Ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Managing project portfolios, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
