Benefits Account Manager - Conroe / The Woodlands

We're looking for a dedicated Benefits Account Manager to join our team and help us provide top-tier service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in servicing employee benefits accounts, including health, dental, vision, life, disability and worksite insurance plans
• Manage day-to-day client communication, responding promptly to inquiries and providing solutions to benefit-related questions.
• Support the renewal process by preparing proposals, conducting market analyses, and coordinating with insurance carriers.
• Assist with open enrollment activities, including material preparation, employee communications, and enrollment meetings.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records in our agency management system.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines related to employee benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
