Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a Dunkin franchisee. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check.

Salary Range : $21.00- 23.00 / hour
