Litigation Attorney

• What You'll Do :
• Handle civil litigation matters—primarily personal injury defense—from case inception through resolution
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team (each case assigned to two attorneys and one paralegal)
• Draft and analyze detailed reports evaluating liability, damages, legal strategy, and case progress
• Prepare and argue motions, conduct discovery, take depositions, and attend court conferences (virtual and in-person)
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate
• Advise clients and colleagues on legal options and case strategy
• What We're Looking For :
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury or defense preferred)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience or interest in medical malpractice defense is a plus

Pay : $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
