Being an Accounts Receivable Associate at iManage Means You will be joining a rapidly growing SaaS organization, collaborating closely with the broader iManage Finance team and cross-functionally with Tech Support, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Support. In this role, you'll take ownership of daily invoicing and vendor portal submissions across On-Premise Licensing, Services, and Cloud Agreements. Your keen attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and proactive mindset will be key to your success as you help drive operational excellence and ensure accuracy in every transaction.

iM Responsible For

• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries related to SaaS billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and subscription charges.
• Managing global billing operations across multiple currencies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations including VAT, GST, and other regional requirements.
• Processing and reconciling online billing transactions through procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, and similar systems.
• Partnering with global sales teams to address billing-related questions and ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Maintaining accurate customer billing profiles, including contact details and subscription data.
• Reviewing SaaS agreements to validate billing terms, subscription tiers, and provisioning details.
• Identifying inefficiencies in billing and accounts receivable processes and collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements.
• Liaising with Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to resolve customer issues and support business initiatives.
• Generating ad hoc reports and performing billing-related data analysis as needed.
• Applying general ledger principles to support accounting entries, including debit / credit transactions.
• Processing customer credits in accordance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $60,000$70,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
