Two Provider Group looking to expand to three providers

Clinic onsite with Hospital

Teaching opportunities for Medical Students and Family Medicine Residents

Collaborative and Supportive Practice Environment

Call Rotation 1 : 3

16 to 24 births per month

3-5 C-sections per month

No high-risk deliveries

TLAC only if 60% or greater

In clinic monitoring for active labor patients

EMR : eClinicalworks (clinic), Meditech (hospital)

H1 and J1 visa sponsorship available

$380,000 Salary

Up to $20,000 annually with Quality Incentive

wRVU incentive

$100,000 Sign on (lump sum on first paycheck; set up as a forgiveable loan)
