Marketing Automation Technical Producer – Braze SME / Admin

About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Technical Producer (Braze) to bring sophisticated, data-driven marketing campaigns to life. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical implementation, owning the full lifecycle of campaign execution—from creative journey concepting to deployment and optimization.
You’ll be the go-to Braze expert, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated customer journeys that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. This is not a “button pusher” role; it’s for someone who understands how data, logic, and creativity come together to build exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze, including email, push notifications, in-app / inbox messaging, and context cards.
- Design and implement sophisticated customer journeys (Canvas) using trigger logic, personalization rules, and segmentation.
- Develop and maintain dynamic and personalized content using Liquid logic and data-driven customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, and data) to translate campaign strategies into executable Braze workflows.
- Ensure data integrations, event tracking, and user attributes are properly configured for campaign targeting and performance measurement.
- Conduct QA / testing and deployment of campaigns to ensure flawless execution and deliverability.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to creative journey concepting, helping to shape the storytelling and logic behind customer communications.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3–8 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or campaign production, ideally within digital marketing or CRM-driven environments.Expert-level proficiency in Braze, including both campaign creation and technical administration / setup (not just end-user operation).Deep understanding of : Journey orchestration (Canvas building), Personalization and Liquid logic, Data integrations and segmentation strategiesHands-on experience deploying multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.) and troubleshooting campaign workflows.Strong understanding of marketing and CRM analytics and how to translate insights into optimization strategies.Familiarity with QA / testing best practices and attention to detail in execution.Soft Skills
