Join Our Team as an OB / GYN Physician in Sullivan, MO

BJC Medical Group Sullivan Clinic is seeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join an established, collaborative team at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. Our facility offers state-of-the-art facilities, advanced surgical technology, and a supportive community located just an hour from St. Louis, Missouri. Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings.
  • Manage a diverse patient panel by diagnosing, treating, and following up on various women s health issues.
  • Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care coverage with hospitalists.
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team including specialists from St. Louis Children s Hospital.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art procedural rooms and advanced surgical technology.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule to provide after-hours patient support.
  • Document thoroughly and comply with hospital medical staff bylaws and legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional growth opportunities.
  • Adhere to all BJC policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department and hospital.
  • Serve a community-focused role at a critical access hospital.

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB / GYN.
  • Missouri License (or willingness to obtain).
  • 2 years of experience in OB / GYN, with 2-5 years preferred.
  • DEA and CSR / CDS must be obtained prior to start.
  • Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
  • Must require visa support (J1) if applicable.

    • License and Certification Requirements :

  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB / GYN.
  • Must possess a valid Missouri Medical License or be willing to obtain one.
  • DEA required prior to start.
  • CSR / CDS required prior to start.
