Veterinary Assistant Position

Animal Specialty Center in Yonkers, New York is looking for Veterinary Assistants who are looking to join a fast paced, forward thinking hospital. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families by directly contributing to outstanding patient care.

Our Veterinary Assistants are the Licensed Veterinary Technician's primary medical support and work with the LVT to complete all tasks required by the veterinarian. The Veterinary Assistant directly assists their team with animal restraint and handling, basic medical tasks, and client interactions.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Experience working in a veterinary practice preferred but, willing to train the right individual
