Position : Salesforce Delivery Director

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : through 3 / 31 / 26 and extended thereafter Only W2 Consultants

The Salesforce Delivery Director will lead enterprise-wide Salesforce delivery initiatives across Sales, Service, Health and Life Sciences, and Marketing Clouds . This position ensures that technical execution aligns with business objectives, drives platform maturity, and fosters innovation through scalable architecture and agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple clouds and geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee solution architecture , integration strategy, and release planning for Salesforce implementations.
• Manage cross-functional teams (both internal and vendor) across scrum work-streams, ensuring quality, velocity, and budget adherence.
• Engage with business and cross-technology stakeholders to define future-state roadmaps for their respective business functions and drive delivery maturity through strategic planning and internal team growth.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Platform Director and Operational Directors to ensure that the platform is secure, resilient, and operationally efficient.
