Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails & React

Location : Cedarhurst, NY (Full-Time, In-Person)

Compensation : $100,000 – $150,000 / year, depending on experience

We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails and React experience to help us take this product to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain core features of a full-stack web application

Write clean, maintainable Ruby on Rails and React code

Design and implement RESTful APIs

Work with PostgreSQL-backed data models

Collaborate in a small, fast-moving team where your voice matters

Contribute to the architecture of a first-of-its-kind legal tech platform

What We’re Looking For

Ruby on Rails experience is required

Solid proficiency with React

Familiarity with Git and relational databases (PostgreSQL)

A GitHub profile with real-world work or contributions is a plus

1–2 years of professional software engineering experience preferred (but not required)
