The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level III plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff under his / her supervision.

Non Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To : Completing all duties, tasks, and / or special projects assigned by leaders and / or the business. Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Providing direct services, if necessary, to supervise more efficiently. Conducting staff meetings and professional development meetings as indicated. Maintaining reliable transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable). Familiarity with funding provider standards and guidelines.
