We are seeking a PART-TIME Facility Maintenance Specialist to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to maintain our buildings and property. Starting pay is $20 per hour, plus tips, which amount to an additional $2-$3 per hour.

Responsibilities :

  • Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
  • Ability to provide all typical property maintenance requirements
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion, reporting through Google Sheets and verbal communication with management.
  • Create order lists and replace broken parts or equipment
  • Repair any drywall damage and ensure building repairs are appropriately painted
  • Repair and replace damaged linoleum flooring
  • Repair and replace plexiglass doors
  • Repair and replace damaged fencing
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Ability to assess maintenance needs based on repair requests, formulate a plan, and follow through until completion as directed by management.
  • Must love dogs, cats, and birds.
  • Must understand that the safety and security of pets in our care is of utmost importance.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • A minimum of five years of previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to take direction
  • Willingness and ability to complete daily reports and respond to maintenance requests through Google Sheets spreadsheets
