Office Administrator
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution. Maintain and update office records, including filing systems and databases. Order and monitor office supplies to ensure inventory levels are adequate. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and company events. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

A successful Office Administrator should have : proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
