Description :

Columbia Crest Center is a skilled nursing facility seeking an LPN for an urgent evening shift placement (2P–10 : 30P). The shift follows a 4 on / 2 off rotation . Please note that Columbia Crest is currently in an active COVID outbreak .

Guaranteed Hours : 40

Contract Weeks : 11
