Job Title : HRIS Business Analyst (UKG Pro WFM, HRSD, Power BI, PMP)
Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - Local to Metro Atlanta)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- PMP Certification (must upload active certification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise environment (supporting 4,000+ employees).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on project teams responsible for enterprise-level data rollouts or migrations.
- Proven problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work systems.Strong understanding of HRIS integrations, testing (UAT), and data validation processes.Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with system capabilities.Experience maintaining Cross Reference Tables (CRT) and other system configuration components.Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.Responsibilities :
Serve as SME for HR applications including UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work.Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization.Manage the roll-out of HRSD (digital files), Pro WFM, and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to hospital locations.Perform system integration and UAT testing to ensure optimal functionality.Conduct data imports / exports and perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity.Maintain and update CRTs, lookup tables, and reference materials to reflect configuration or business rule changes.Collaborate with IT and business units to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Respond to SAO requests for data migration and cleanup activities related to GA@Work.Assist in developing and maintaining standards, procedures, and documentation.Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in HR systems.If you meet these qualifications, please submit your application via link provided in LinkedIn.
