Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LMFT) – Charlotte / Mooresville / Lake Norman, NC

Location : Mooresville, NC (Lake Norman region) – In-office & hybrid telehealth options available

Compensation : $60,000, – $100,000 per year, depending on license type, experience, and payer contracts

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, couples, and / or family counseling (in-person at our Lake Norman office, with optional telehealth).

Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.

Deliver evidence-based therapy and develop treatment plans with timely documentation.

Collaborate with referral sources, primary care providers, and a growing team of local clinicians.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Active NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisional licenses welcome with supervision plans.

Strong clinical skills and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Independent, motivated, and collaborative professionals.
