About The Position

Level 1 Trauma Experience

Strong scrub and circulate skills

Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery

Description :

Position and specialty are for an RN in the Operating Room.

The shift consists of five 8-hour days from 06 : 30 to 15 : 00.

There are no block schedules, and call requirements include one 12-hour shift each month on a Saturday or Sunday.

Weekend requirements include working every other weekend, totaling two weekends per month.

Requested time off is limited to a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days.

No holiday time off is permitted, nor can time off be scheduled the day before or after a holiday.

No time off is allowed on weekends.

Staff are required to float within their scope to meet facility needs and may be asked to float outside their primary area of competency.

Staff must adhere to a team-based model when floated outside their primary competency.

Rescheduling or cancellation may occur if staff refuse to float.

Proof of vaccinations will be required one week prior to the start date.

Compliance requirements must be met in a timely manner, including lab work completion.

Applicants will not be considered if they are unresponsive or unable to meet expectations.

The facility does not permit block scheduling or special requests for time off.
