We are seeking an experienced Substation Design Manager to lead our electrical infrastructure projects and drive innovative substation design solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, project management expertise, and the ability to oversee complex substation design projects from conception to completion.

Role : Substation Design Manager

What You'll Do :

Lead and manage substation design projects from initial planning to final delivery

Develop technical specifications and design standards for electrical substations

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design team members

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

✅ 8+ years of experience in substation design and project management

✅ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, etc.)

✅ Strong knowledge of IEEE, NESC, and utility standards

✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills

✅ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
