We’re looking for a hands-on Property Manager to lead the operations of a 488-unit condominium association. In this role, you’ll handle maintenance oversight, owner relations, financial management, vendor coordination, and staff supervision — all while ensuring the community runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, billing, and assessment collections.
• Coordinate vendors, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Enforce compliance with association rules and the Illinois Condominium Act.
• Supervise office and recreation staff.
