This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

• As a
• Promotion Specialist
• , you will be handling incoming chats and occasionally videocalls from Samsung's customers, assisting them in their purchases and recommending the right products for them.
• We are looking for someone who is :
• Fluent in
• Lithuanian (C1 level)
• with a good command of English. Russian language skills are not a must, but considered an advantage
• Independent and motivated to provide excellent service, helping customers find and purchase the right products
• Prior experience in sales or customer service would be great to have, but your eagerness to learn and grow professionally is what matters most!

• A hourly salary of 6.82 € Gross
