Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support behavioral intervention services in a school setting. The role involves working directly with students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans and enhance student progress.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to students
  • Collect accurate data regarding student progress

  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification
