Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in deposits and transactions.
• Analyze and reconcile high-volume data, encompassing thousands of transactions with precision.
• Utilize Excel tools, including pivot tables, to organize and interpret financial data effectively.
• Print and review spreadsheets to support reconciliation processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and knowledge, ensuring smooth transitions for operational tasks.
• Provide guidance to the court clerk, passing on expertise and ensuring sustainable practices.
• Maintain a task-oriented approach to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
• Identify and address issues that arise during reconciliation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Proven experience in performing complex bank reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing high-volume transactions.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a task-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to share expertise with team members and stakeholders.
• Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all financial processes.
• Background in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in government or similar industries is a plus.
