Job Opening : Yard Worker / Delivery Driver

Location : Washburn, ND

Pay : $18–$22 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Subject to change)

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping customers, and being part of a close-knit, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Safely load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.

Assist with driving routes and making on-time, courteous deliveries to customers.

Perform heavy lifting and handle materials with care.

Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe.

Operate forklifts and other equipment (training available).

Conduct routine checks on vehicles and equipment, report maintenance needs.

Collaborate with team members to complete yard and delivery tasks efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service both in the yard and on job sites.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in a lumber yard, delivery driving, or construction field preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
