House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations, overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. This remote role requires travel within the greater Richmond / Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads area, so residency in Virginia is necessary.

What You Will Do

  • Manage 3-6 projects per month according to the timeline
  • Recruit and manage contracts with trades and subcontractors
  • Complete projects below budget, reduce costs, and streamline processes
  • Manage project timelines and inspections
  • Deliver equipment to sites if needed
  • Conduct final inspections and document property conditions

About You

  • 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

    Compensation : $75,000 - $105,000 / year (base + bonus)
