The Role
We're looking for a high-performance leader who thrives on results and knows how to inspire a team to exceed goals. Technical HVAC experience is a plus, but not requiredthe key to success in this role is sales leadership, accountability, and a relentless drive to win .
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams to exceed revenue targets.
Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer excellence.
Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for growth.
Collaborate with leadership to drive department-wide sales initiatives.
Provide coaching on both customer communication and upselling best practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales management success with a track record of exceeding goals.
High energy, competitive, and performance-driven.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Technical aptitude or HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
