Overview :
A Market Leader in the supply chain sector are currently seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee 2 workshops and ensure operations run smoothly as well as managing staff members.
This is an excellent opportunity to excel your managerial career
Role & Responsibilities :
- Review processes and implemented new processes to improve efficiency
- Manage staff members in the workshop and grow relationships with these staff members
- Complete internal audits to ensure processes are being followed
- Reviewing costs and ensuring budgets are not exceeded and finding effective ways to reduce costs
- Creating reports and plans and presenting these to senior level stakeholders in the organisation
